2. Booking Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when booking.

We may cancel bookings that contain false or misleading information.

3. Deposits & Payments

A $10 per guest deposit may be required to secure bookings.

Deposits are credited toward the final bill when the guest attends.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Processing fees charged by Stripe are separate and non-refundable.

4. Booking Policy

Rescheduling, cancellations, deposits, and no-show rules are outlined in our Booking Policy.

5. Pricing

Prices are in AUD and may change without notice.

6. Allergies

We cannot guarantee allergen-free food due to shared preparation environments.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Social Butterfly Tea & Dessert and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers such as Stripe for payment processing and booking infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party service performance or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
